Deed Information

If the sale is confirmed at the Confirmation Hearing and no appeal is filed, a Court Administrator’s Deed will be recorded 30 days after the Judge signs the confirmation judgment. Typically, Confirmation Hearing are held in November and December and deeds are recorded and mailed in February.  

Please note that the Court Administrator Deed requires three signatures and once those signatures are obtained, a check to pay the Recorder of Deeds Office must be obtained, and then the documents are taken to the Recorder of Deeds to be recorded.
