Effective 08-28-2018 a $3.50 Juvenile Justice Preservation Fund surcharge will be added to Civil filings.
Effective 01-01-2026, an additional $10 will be added to the Service Fee, raising the fee to $46, pursuant to revisions to Section 57.280.4(1) RSMo, which went into effect 08-28-2025.
