Now Available: Impact of Raise the Age of Jurisdiction Report
We’re pleased to announce the release of our new report on the impact of Missouri’s Raise the Age legislation—and the results are overwhelmingly positive. Seventeen-year-olds have been effectively served by the juvenile justice system, often with fewer resources than previously required in the adult system. The findings highlight how this policy change has created better outcomes for youth while promoting efficiency and setting them on a constructive path forward.
