The Circuit Court Committee appointed to interview applicants for the position of Treatment Court Commissioner of Division 50 has announced the panel who will be submitted to the Court En Banc for consideration.

The 16th Judicial Circuit Court Committee appointed to interview applicants for the position of Treatment Court Commissioner of Division 50 met on December 4, 2020 and interviewed all of the applicants.  Twelve people applied for the position.  After the interviews and Committee discussion, the following individuals were named to the panel that is being submitted to Court En Banc (listed in alphabetical order) for consideration and vote:

 

Tiffany D. Gregg – Attorney, Missouri State Public Defender’s Office

Brady X. Twenter – Assistant Prosecuting Attorney, Jackson County Prosecutor’s Office

James A. Witteman, Jr. – Judge, Jackson County Municipal Court

 

The Court En Banc will meet on December 11, 2020 and vote to appoint the next Commissioner of Division 50.
