Q: I noticed I have Unclaimed Property in my name. How do I get my money?

Q: I believe my check from the Court was lost in the mail. What should I do?

A: You will need to file a Lost Check Affidavit with the Court. You can download the form by clicking here.

Q: I have been contacted regarding a debt owed to the Court, but I already paid the debt. How do I proceed?

A: You must file an Application for Review of Court Debt Offset within 30 days of the date of mailing on the Notice of Court Debt Offset you received. The application includes instructions on what documents you need to include and where to mail the form. Download the form at https://www.courts.mo.gov/file.jsp?id=664.

Q: I received a call from a debt collection agency relating to money I owe to the Court. How do I pay this debt?

A: You can either contact the debt collection agency and pay them directly or you can come into the Court and pay the unpaid balance in person. Please note that you will still be required to pay a debt collection fee if you pay the bill at the Court.

Q: I received a letter from the State of Missouri regarding a tax offset for state income taxes. This debt is not mine. How do I correct the error?
