To provide administrative support, research and facilitation to the circuit court’s Training Unit.

SUPERVISION BY: Direct supervision by Manager, Training - Human Resources . Assignments may be provided by a Coordinator, Training - Human Resources.
SERVICE RESPONSIBILITY: INTERNAL: All levels of Court staff.
EXTERNAL: Community partners and organizations. Responds to a wide variety of requests for services, or products.
PRIMARY EQUIPMENT, TOOLS AND MATERIALS USED: Computer, copier/printer/scanner/fax, telephone, various reports and forms-computer generated or handwritten, and program manuals.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
(Education above the minimum stated may be substituted on a year for year basis for the required general experience; experience above the minimum stated may be substituted on a year for year basis for the required education.)
EXPERIENCE: A minimum of three years of related administrative/clerical experience is required. One year of experience researching training topics, developing learning curriculum and facilitation/presentation of learning is preferred. Experience supporting a department or program is preferred.
