POSITION PURPOSE AND EXAMPLES OF WORK:

To provide administrative support, research and facilitation to the circuit court’s Training Unit.

50% - Assist the Training Unit in the development of training programs


20% - Perform administrative support for the Training Unit. 20% - Maintain training records
10% - Advise, assist, and consult with Unit Manager
SUPERVISION OF: None.

SUPERVISION BY: Direct supervision by Manager, Training - Human Resources . Assignments may be provided by a Coordinator, Training - Human Resources.

SERVICE RESPONSIBILITY:
INTERNAL: All levels of Court staff.

EXTERNAL: Community partners and organizations. Responds to a wide variety of requests for services, or
products.

PRIMARY EQUIPMENT, TOOLS AND MATERIALS USED: Computer, copier/printer/scanner/fax, telephone, various reports and forms-computer generated or handwritten, and program manuals.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
