POSITION PURPOSE AND EXAMPLES OF WORK:

The purpose of this position is responsible for the receiving of purchased IT equipment, track and maintain inventory of all hardware and software, as well as appropriate processing for the disposal of assets.
This position is also responsible for entry level computer repairs, installations, moves, and backs up help-desk phone and email coverage.

SERVICE RESPONSIBILITY:
WORKING CONDITIONS: Office environment; some sedentary work; regularly lift and transport objects up to 30 lbs., occasionally push/pull up to 100 lbs.; work in cramped areas to install equipment; requires significant walking and standing; travel to other court facilities.

PRIMARY EQUIPMENT, TOOLS & MATERIALS USED: Computer and peripheral equipment, mobile devices (e.g. iPhones and iPads), telephone, voice mail, copier/printer/scanner/fax, technical manuals and guides, computer generated or handwritten diagrams, forms, reports, and manuals.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
