GENERAL DUTIES AND EXAMPLES OF WORK:

MAJOR TASK STATEMENTS AND REPRESENTATIVE ACTIVITIES:

Job will be on-going and project based - project work will fluctuate throughout the year.
Work involves clerical related duties in assisting on general, and specialized research projects which pertain to program evaluations to evaluate the effectiveness of Family Court services, and programs.
Retrieve information from multiple information systems, and data enter information into other applications;
Assist with preparation of reports.
Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

(Education above the minimum stated may be substituted on a year for year basis for the required general experience; experience above the minimum stated may be substituted on a year for year basis for the required education.)

High school diploma or recognized equivalent and
Minimum 2 years clerical experience with good alpha-numeric data entry skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel;
Education above the minimum stated may be substituted on a year for year basis for the experience.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must submit to and pass criminal background check as prescribed by Courts, Sex Offender Registry check, and MO/KS Child Abuse and Neglect checks.
Employees in this position are subject to random and reasonable suspicion testing for illegal drug use.
