POSITION PURPOSE AND EXAMPLES OF WORK:

POSITION PURPOSE: To complete assigned daily contact with youth for assigned caseload, and prepare, review, and maintain the appropriate documentation.

MAJOR TASK STATEMENTS AND REPRESENTATIVE ACTIVITIES (percentage of time):

55% - Complete daily contact with assigned youth.


30% - Prepare, review, and maintain reports and documentation.
15% - Communicate and coordinate with managers, co-workers, attorneys, and other agencies and perform other duties as required.
SUPERVISION OF: None.

SUPERVISION BY: Managing Attorney provides direct supervision.

SERVICE RESPONSIBILITY:
INTERNAL: Case Management, Juvenile Probation/Deputy Juvenile Officers, Staff Attorneys Paralegals.

PRIMARY EQUIPMENT, TOOLS & MATERIALS USED: Computer, automobile/truck, telephone, laptop, cell phone, copier/printer/scanner/fax, court orders, and various reports and forms – electronic or handwritten.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
