Work Hours:	Hours per week will vary - during projects employee may work between 10 and 25 hours a week- or no hours if between projects Monday thru Friday
Salary:	County Paid Position - Non-exempt Grade - $11.00 Hourly

GENERAL DUTIES AND EXAMPLES OF WORK:

Job will be on-going and project based - project work will fluctuate throughout the year.
Work involves clerical-related duties in assisting on general and specialized research projects which pertain to program evaluations to evaluate the effectiveness of Family Court services and programs.
Retrieve information from multiple information systems and data enter information into other applications;
assist with preparation of reports.
Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or recognized equivalent and
minimum 2 years clerical experience with good alpha-numeric data entry skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel;
Education above the minimum stated may be substituted on a year for year basis for the experience.
Employees in this position are subject to random and reasonable suspicion testing for illegal drug use.
Must submit to and pass criminal background check as prescribed by Courts.
