POSITION PURPOSE AND EXAMPLES OF WORK:

POSITION PURPOSE: To provide administrative support to an assigned unit.

MAJOR TASK STATEMENTS AND REPRESENTATIVE ACTIVITIES (Percentage of Time): (The information contained herein is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of the duties and responsibilities of the job; other tasks/duties may be assigned. 65% - Provide administrative secretarial support. 20% - Provide customer service. 15% - Perform data entry and generate reports.
SUPERVISION OF: None

SUPERVISION BY (Include level of Supervision): Director or Supervisor of the unit to which the employee is assigned. Supervisor provides direct supervision. Lead worker may provide work direction and assignments.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (Education above the minimum stated may be substituted on a year for year basis for the required general experience; experience above the minimum stated may be substituted on a year for year basis for the required education.)

EDUCATION: High School diploma or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of one year related Administrative Assistant, and/or clerical experience.
