BASIC FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITY:

The Principal Court Clerk position is highly responsible advanced work using an electronic filing system in a court within the Missouri State Court System.

**THIS POSITION CURRENTLY SUPERVISES SIX (6) CLERKS. SOME OF THE FUNCTIONS THAT ARE HANDLED IN THIS SECTION INCLUDE CASE ACTION, PROCESSING GARNISHMENT/RESTITUTION REQUESTS, SCANNING AS WELL AS HANDLING ANYTHING THAT MAY PERTAIN TO CIVIL RECORDS.
