COMES now ____________________________, Applicant, who for this application states:
1. That the Director of Revenue for the State of Missouri did suspend (revoke) applicant's driving privilege and Driver's License Number ___________________ for a period of _________________ beginning and ending _______________________ for an alleged accumulation of points pursuant to Section 302.302 and 302.304 RSMo.
2. That Applicant has appealed the action of the Director of Revenue by having filed a Petition for Review.
3. That irreparable injury will be done to applicant if the action of the Director of Revenue is not stayed pending appeal.
WHEREFORE, applicant respectfully prays this Court for an order staying such suspension (revocation) pending the outcome of this appeal.
